Virtual Private Servers
What virtualisation technology do you use? We use KVM (Kernel-based Virtual Machine) virtualisation. This ensures that your resources (CPU, RAM, Storage) are dedicated to your VPS and not shared with others, providing better performance, security, and stability. Control your servers through our innovative VirtFusion panel.
Can I upgrade my VPS later? Yes, you can scale your VPS resources vertically at any time. Plan upgrades are instant and can be done directly from your client account. Please contact us if you wish to increase individual settings.
Do you provide root access? Absolutely. All our VPS plans come with full root access (SSH for Linux, RDP for Windows). You have complete control over your server environment to install any software or configure settings as needed.
Are backups included? We offer an automated snapshot and backup system. You can schedule automatic backups or take manual snapshots before critical changes. Backups are stored on a separate storage cluster for maximum reliability.
Where are your servers located? We currently operate in data centres across London (UK) and New York City (US). You can select your preferred location during checkout to minimise latency for your target audience.
What operating systems are available? We offer a wide range of Linux distributions including Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS, AlmaLinux, and Rocky Linux. You can also choose to use Windows, or alternatively upload your own Custom ISO if you need a specific OS or version. Our Windows plans cost a little extra due to its high resource usage.
Dedicated Servers
How long does it take to provision a dedicated server? Most of our standard dedicated server configurations are provisioned automatically and delivered within 12-24 hours. Custom configurations or servers requiring specific hardware may take up to 7 business days depending on availability.
Do I get full IPMI/KVM access? Yes, every dedicated server comes with full IPMI/KVM access (via VPN or direct link), allowing you to manage the server BIOS, perform remote installs, and troubleshoot issues even if the OS is unreachable.
Can I customise the hardware? Absolutely. We offer customisable RAM, storage (NVMe/SSD/HDD), and network uplink options. You will need to reach out to our team for a quote tailored to your needs. Please be advised that custom configurations usually add a fair bit of cost.
Is DDoS protection included? Yes, all dedicated servers include free standard DDoS protection. For mission-critical applications requiring higher mitigation capacity or specific game filtering, this provides excellent attack mitigation.
Are the network ports dedicated or shared? All dedicated servers come with a dedicated network uplink. This is usually 1 Gbps as standard, however it can often be increased up to 10 Gbps. We do not throttle your speed, ensuring you get the full bandwidth capacity available to your port.
Do you offer managed support? Our dedicated servers are self-managed by default, giving you full control. However, our enterprise solutions offerings include full server management, systems administration, software installs, and more.
Game Hosting
Can I upgrade my plan later if I need more resources? Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your game server plan at any time in your client account. We understand that circumstances change, and sometimes you might need a little bit more or a little bit less. Alternatively, you can also reach out to our support team to create a custom plan for any of our game servers to fit your needs.
Do you support mods and plugins? Of course we do! All of our game hosting plans allow you to install the best modpacks in one click. We want you to be able to craft the server of your dreams, so we also have a built-in plugin installer which means you can install everything from the comfort of your control panel.
How long does setup take? As soon as you purchase a server with us, you will receive an email with your login information to access your server's control panel. Just login, select a server type and connect to your server!
Will my game server be online 24/7? Yes, all game servers remain online 24/7 so that your players can connect around the clock. There's no queue when starting a server, meaning that you won't have to wait before connecting.
Do you support switching versions and games? You can switch versions using our one-click version installer through the control panel. If you'd like to switch games entirely, just reach out to our team and we'll be more than happy to help.
Do you offer dedicated ports? We offer a paid addon where you can use the default ports for your game (e.g. Minecraft ports are 25565 & 19132). Just select the addon at checkout if you wish to take advantage of this.
